TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- BY PURCHASING ANY ITEM IN OUR STORE YOU ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF SALE: Pursuant to Art. 2 paragraph 1 letter OO of Presidential Decree No. 696 of 12/21/1996, sales of goods carried out by mail are not subject to the obligation of certification by issuing an invoice or receipt. If you are a registered customer with a VAT number, the invoice will be issued automatically, starting from 01/01/2019, as required by the 2018 Budget Law n. 205 of 12/27/2017 it will only be possible to issue/receive electronic invoices; therefore, IT WILL BE MANDATORY that you provide us with: Company name, VAT number, PEC and above all your UNIQUE SDI CODE at the time of registration.
- Damage to shipments: Upon receipt of the package, carefully check that the closures are intact and not cut and/or tampered with and that the package is not clearly damaged, opened and/or tampered with. In this way, in the event of missing or damaged goods, it is possible to make a complaint to the courier for a refund. If you accept a tampered with insured package without the wording "CONSERVATIVE", you have no possibility of making a complaint.
- BILLING: An invoice is issued only upon the customer's request, which must be made at the time of payment using the "Add message to seller" option, providing all the data necessary to issue the invoice. For administrative reasons it will no longer be possible to issue an invoice if requested after the purchase date.
WARRANTY:
- Legal: is provided for by the Consumer Code (articles 128 et seq. ) and protects the consumer in the event of the purchase of defective products, which work poorly or do not meet the use declared by the seller or for which that good is generally intended. This type of guarantee is applied to all items with the exception of spare parts for which other forms of guarantee are provided
- Replacement parts: all spare parts sold have a 3-month warranty, with the exception of original displays in Service Packs (see DOA warranty). Defective products, subject to authorization, can be returned to the sender and will be replaced or refunded.
Necessary conditions for the warranty to apply after installation are the following:
1) The product must return intact
2) The anti-burglary sticker must not be tampered with.
3) The Display must absolutely not be installed, always carry out TESTS without removing films (FRONT/BACK) by connecting the connection FLAT.
DOA (Dead On Arrival): is applied to all Original spare parts in Service Pack, the products are covered by DOA warranty, before installing the display DO NOT REMOVE THE FILM check operation by connecting only the flat, installation at authorized centers is recommended. The warranty expires thereafter the installation. Any other forms of guarantee are issued individually by the laboratory that carries out the repair.
