Gilt bronze, size 9. Circular section band in 2 1/4 full coils, to 4.3mm width. The coil or helix was a favorite form for Vikings and evidently held supernatural significance to them. Very lightly textured from burial. Sound wearable condition and professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored. Jewelry gift boxed with a certification of authenticity.
