VTG Sterling silver Polish Armed Forces Letter Opener Amber Handle Sword Hand Work 925

Very unique one of a kind piece. The handle looks to be Amber. The blade is marked "Sterling Hand Work 925"

Length is about 7" total

The Symbol on handle is the WWII Poland Armed Forces Eagle, I believe this is a letter opener but could possibly be a dagger. 

Condition: The tip has a slight bend as pictured, there are scratches and discoloration throughout so look very closely at pictures of condition. 

Very amazing military piece that is not something you see everyday.
