Comic is estimated VF/NM 9.0  There are a couple of indents on the cover but no color break.   Comic has never been opened or read so the spine is perfect and not broken open.  

It comes with Bag and Backboard.   All comics are packed in sturdy cardboard  (see my eBay feedback on packaging)   I mark both sides of the package "PLEASE - DO NOT BEND".    Please le me know if you have any questions or need more pictures.
