iPhone is ATT carrier locked and when attempting to unlock I get a message saying we cannot unlock, but we no longer have access to our ATT business portal. We have moved to Verizon and now moving to T-Mobile business.

Selling as for parts or not working due to the same reason. iPhone is not iCloud locked and everything working well!!
