Due to the fact that the mantles contain a track, I can only put 2 sets into the package so that the customs office does not stop them at the border.

Shipping Terms & Conditions:

1. All parcels are insured and shipped by "Priority Delivery".
2. Please do not request a lower value for the shipment - we always declare the full insurance value on every item in case of loss or damage during delivery.
3. The buyer must make an official complaint to the Post Office in the event of receiving a damaged delivery. This is essential to get a full refund. If you get a parcel that has been opened or damaged, you must check the contents in the presence of the postman and ask him to provide a Damaged Delivery Report.
4. In the event that a parcel gets lost in the Post (and after we get official confirmation of this), we guarantee you a FULL REFUND. We will then make a complaint to Post Office.
5. Shipping time depends on destination. Delivery outside Europe (for example to Australia, Asia, USA) usually takes about two weeks by Priority Post.
6. We always send you an email confirming dispatch with a tracking number.
7. All items are packed in a safe and proper manner to avoid any damage during shipment.

Combined Shipping Costs Can Be Arranged!
If you wish to combine shipping costs having won more than one auction, just request an invoice from one of the winning auctions after you receive your "win confirmation" email. We will reduce the cost of your shipping on the invoice to reflect a single shipment. Please note that some items we offer may not be suitable for a combined shipment.
