COLLECTIONS - Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 4:00pm. Please ensure you contact us with 24 hours to arrange pick up from our Distribution Centre.
DELIVERY - We send all our sold items out using DPD next working day service (unless we can send Royal Mail Large Letter). However, if you're located in the Scottish Highlands/Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands & Scilly Isles we unfortunately can not offer this and will need to use other means such as Royal Mail which will take slightly longer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We only use eBay Global Shipping. We have no control over charges.
PAYMENTS - Please make payments quickly. We are happy to help with any delays as long as we're contacted and given a date. We're always happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases. Please contact us if you're still waiting for other auctions to end (within 14 days) so we can note this.
If an item has been left unpaid with no contact past 4 working days, we will cancel and relist.
