Shipping options

We usually ship our goods via DHL or the Deutsche Post. Only in exceptional cases may we rely on third-party providers such as GLS or Hermes. However, this only applies to extremely heavy or oversized items that exceed DHL's permitted maximum values.

You will usually receive a number to track your shipment. This will be automatically updated via eBay as soon as your shipment has been packaged ready for dispatch.

Information about your payment

Orders in our eBay shop are generally processed via eBay. eBay offers various payment options, sometimes depending on the item category. After completing your purchase, please pay for your order by completing checkout. eBay will then confirm receipt of payment and we will then ship your order as quickly as possible.

Information about your shipment

We ship 99.9% of our items via DHL or Deutsche Post. We will ship your order within 24 hours of receiving payment. Shipping is fully insured and has a tracking number, which is automatically announced on eBay through our shipping system.

Information according to the Electrical Act (ElektroG)

The ElektroG regulates the placing on the market, the return and the environmentally friendly disposal of electrical and electronic devices. Old electrical devices must not be disposed of with household waste and are therefore marked with the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol. Old appliances must be collected separately from unsorted municipal waste.

Old electrical devices can contain harmful substances that, if stored or disposed of improperly, can harm the environment or health. But they can also contain valuable raw materials that can be reused. The ElektroG therefore obliges consumers to return used electrical appliances.

Consumers can return their electrical device free of charge either to Allen municipal collection point (public waste disposal agency) or to our shipping warehouse (see the seller's legal information).

Before returning your device, please remove the battery and dispose of it separately.

You can send your return request by email (see email address in the legal information), stating the type of device (e.g. drilling machine).

As an end user, you are legally obliged to return used batteries. You can return old batteries that we have or have had in our range as new batteries free of charge to our shipping warehouse (shipping address).

Since our shipments may contain batteries and accumulators, we are obliged according to the Battery Act (BattG) to point out the following to you: Batteries and accumulators must not be disposed of with household waste. You are legally obliged to return your used batteries and accumulators. Used batteries can contain harmful substances that can harm the environment or your health if not stored or disposed of properly. Batteries also contain important raw materials such as iron, zinc, manganese or nickel and can be recycled. After use, you can either send the batteries back to us or return them free of charge in the immediate vicinity (e.g. in stores or at municipal collection points).

The symbols shown on the batteries have the following meaning:
- Crossed-through garbage can: the battery must not be disposed of with household waste.
- Pb = battery contains more than 0.004 percent lead by mass
- Cd = battery contains more than 0.002 percent cadmium by mass
- Hg = battery contains more than 0.0005 percent mercury by mass.
