This 1940s Elm City New Haven Clock Co. "Dollar" Pocket Watch is In Very Good Cosmetic Condition. The watch winds and sets ok, the mainspring is fully wound and the watch will not run for more than a few minutes. The balance staff is intact. The crystal has some scratching and yellowing.
