We ship Monday to Friday during business hours. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days. We normally ship USPS but depending on location we may ship via FedEx or UPS and do not offer local pickups. 

International Buyers:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility and are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges.   

Return/Refund Policy:

For return/refund, please contact me within 48 hours after delivery. A re-stocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns.  Returns MUST have all ORIGINAL packaging and accessories.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
