Payment is now managed by eBay whether you pay with PayPal or by card. 

Payment is expected Immediately on buy it now items and within 24 Hours after if the item is won on bidding. 

We do accept cash on collection or a Bank Transfer. 

Please note: We do not ship directly outside of the UK therefore all our invoices do include VAT, if you choose to use the global shipping option provided by eBay to purchase an item from us then the VAT will be included as the item is still being shipped to a UK address from us. It is then your responsibility to claim any VAT back when the item reaches your country, we will not deduct the VAT before purchase sorry. 

 

Delivery 

 

Small to Medium Items are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd class and signed for services. These are a 2-3 working day delivery service. 

Larger Items are shipped on a 2–3-day other courier service. 

A next day service is available during checkout, This is with APC Overnight Couriers.  

Please note: The next day service only runs from Mon-Fri as the couriers do not deliver over the weekend. (Any items shipped on a Friday will not be delivered till Monday) 

Please Note: If your item is coming with the courier then you will receive an email directly from the courier to you eBay registered email address. 

We are also closed over the weekends therefore any orders from Friday will not be dispatched till Monday. 

 

Returns 

 

PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE OPENING A RETURN REQUEST! 

Any false return reasons will incur a 5% reduction in the refund. All items are checked and tested before being refunded. 

Please Note: the item must be well packaged in the original packaging and fit for shipping. Any damages during its return will not be refunded. 

Refunds will only be given after the product(s) are returned, and in the same condition as they were dispatched.  

If your item has a CM Newtech sticker Please Do NOT remove this as this is a security sticker. Removal or damage to this voids any return policy and we reserve the right to not accept it back. 

We only offer 30 days return to seller on all our products unless stated otherwise in the description, we also recommend items are tested within 14 days so if there are any issues these can be rectified in a respectable time frame. 

The return period on items you no longer want or changed your mind is 14 days which is standard.
