The french oval shape plaque is made from Aluminium in green & gold paint and has the name Percy,Manche with the date 1968 on the front. On the reverse side it is grey and has a fixing hole at the top.It is in good used condition with some worn areas on the paint as illustrated in the video and photos and measures 20cm by 13.5cm, is 4mm thick.
