This stone (unsure which sort) plaque displays the Armenian Genocide Memorial in Yerevan. It displays the spire and 12 slabs which surround the eternal flame, and two hills in the background.

The plaque itelf is approximately 3 and 3/4 inches wide x 2 3/4 inches tall, and 1 inch thick at the base.
   The base is approximately 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 x 1 inch thick.
The back has an inscription carved into it "In Special Memory (according to Google Translate- this part is not in English) 1915 Armenian Martyrs (English)

   It weighs approximately 7 ounces.
I do not know when or where it was made, but the memorial opened in 1967, so it had to be after that.
