Boehner's Secrets Of Successful Trapping is a 61 page booklet produced by Wm. J. Boehner & Co, they were located in New York City.  The booklet is in very nice condition and measures 3 1/2 inches by 6 inches.  I could not locate a date but my best guess would be the 1920's or 1930's.  A very nice collectable to add to one's collection.
