This is a nice vintage antique signed portrait print of Queen Elizabeth on vellum or rice paper with hand painted embellishments. If anyone knows who the artist is please let me know. In pretty nice shape as the pics show with the frame having wear throughout and it comes exactly as shown. The frame measures 10 3/4" x 12 7/8" and the sight is 4 7/8" x 6 1/2"
