-DVDs that are packaged in the older style paper cover case are noted as such and/or will be visible in the photo. 

-All open disks will be tested prior to being delivered to you.

Returns
-We accept returns on the basis of media playback failure only or excessive undisclosed wear and tear. That being said, all disks in this and my other listings are in excellent condition and have been tested, so we anticipate no issue in this regard.
