This is a lovely Banana Republic womens shirt/blouse, size S. It is a sheer navy and white polka dot and I believe the fabric content is polyester. The fabric tag was removed from the inside side seam, so it wouldn't show while wearing. It is in excellent condition and who doesn't love a classic navy and white polka dot! 

When lying flat it measures: 

19.5" armpit to armpit

22" sleeve length from the shoulder

15.5" shoulder to shoulder seam

25" length from the shoulder dropping down another inch in the back
