It is a rare (only at the helicopter edge) checkered pattern overlayment.
You can refresh the tatami room just by laying the overlay. To refresh tanned tatami mats, please use it as a cover to prevent staining new tatami mats. The
loom was remodeled with the manufacturer's own technology, and the checkered pattern was expressed only by the original color and weave of the material.
It is recommended for those who do not have individuality in plain overlayment, and who want a more luxurious overlayment. We
use domestic grass (produced in Yatsushiro, Kumamoto Prefecture, where Ikusa is produced) with a length of about 110 ~ 115 cm. About 88 cm of it is used. Usually the helicopter has a strong whitish tint. (It's not a tan, it's the color of the base and tip of the grass.) Taking advantage of the characteristics of the
different colors of the base and tip of this grass, we express the checkered pattern. (So, only within the range of the white part at the base will be a checkered pattern.) The middle part will be plain color.
The longer the grass, the more expensive it becomes. The tip of the grass is reddish-brown, the base is white, and the middle is blue (green).
We use domestic (Yatsushiro production in Kumamoto Prefecture) Ikusa. Each domestic grass is thick, the epidermis is thick, and the fibers are fine, so it is elastic and excellent in durability. Grass has the
effect of purifying the air, regulating humidity, and is difficult to stain.
"Hiba Essence" extracted from Hiba trees in Aomori Prefecture was processed into the surface of the dough using the manufacturer's unique technology. Hiba Essence contains hinokitiol, a highly antibacterial component as a natural substance. (Compared to unprocessed products, it has antibacterial and deodorizing effects.) Both
sides can be used and are economical.
