You are buying a very low priced $5 RED Seal, United States Note.  Each one will be used, and will have a problem.  Maybe a small tear, pinholes, writing, small stain(s).  Nothing horrible.   I'd say they will range from VG to EF grades.  And each will come in a new semi rigid plastic sleeve.  Date will be 1963.  FREE SHIPPING.
