This is The Original Rummikum sold by Pressman Toy Corp., copyright 1990. The game is complete with all tiles (including two jokers), instructions, four racks and 10 legs. The box has a tear in one side of the lid (see the photo).
I'll put the tiles in a plastic zipper bag prior to mailing to keep the rattling down.
