This unit is untested, and looks to be from 1994, based on an original  receipt  The original purchase was suppose to come with a charger, color coding dots, and a plastic, power-handle wall mounting bracket, which are all missing now. The package does come with a Rota-dent power handle, 2 interchangeable heads, 1 package of new assorted brush tips, loose assorted brush tips, a wall mounting bracket for the brush tips and 1 head, interdental cleaners, original box, and all of the paperwork. I searched the box, paperwork, and unit, but I could not locate a model number.
