Offered here is a Heathkit VTVM (Vacuum tube volt meter), probably built from a kit.  I was able to power it up but that is as far as I got.  Cosmetically it is very nice and there is no evidence of battery leakage (it has a "C" size battery).  It comes with the lead assembly as noted in the pictures.
