For its age,  it's in pretty good condition.  There are scuffs and scrapes throughout on exterior and some stains inside.  Pictures show these.  No tears in pockets but some loose threading inside.  Hardware has some discoloration and scratching.  It does have a light musty odor.  Will be stored with baking soda until sold.
