He turns on and functions, but his front legs seem to pivot inwards and almost sort of cross over at times. He doesn’t seem to sit fully upright so there may need to be an adjustment with his legs. As for the commands I’m not sure he responds to all of them as I haven’t had a working one to compare to. The paws nose and face seem to be in good condition. Please view photos for details.
