An excellent mid-Victorian double ended scent bottle by Sampson Mordan & Co. With silver gilt caps at each end, one hinged with button release and original stopper, the other screw thread. Both ends hallmarked London, 1866 by maker Sampson Mordan & Co, with the screw cap inscribed "S. Mordan & Co. Makers" Both caps in excellent condition with good button release and screw thread, some wear to the silver gilt. Clear glass body in very good condition with some tiny flea bites but not noticeable. 14.5cm long.
