This jersey is the definition of rare. This jersey was made once by Mitchell & Ness in the late 90's/early 2000s. This jersey has since been unworn and is in immaculate condition in an extremely rare size!

This is tagged as a 46 and is accurate at a 23 inch pit to pit. I would say this fits a typical 44/Large and just slightly bigger.
