These pieces are from a part made mini patchwork item.  It was probably a demo piece for craft teaching.

It was probably intended as a needle-case, finished examples shown.  There are other outcomes for this project!

So far, the shapes have been cut, tacked onto interfacing supports, and pinned out onto a polystyrene tile.

To finish the needle-case, the diamond shapes need to be stitched together, and lined with a plain piece, to make the front cover.

A 'back cover' needs to be made, the provided one is dark red.

...

For the inner 'page leaves' of the needle-case, a flannel is traditionally used.   Another textile or felt could be used.

A decorative cord could be added.    These materials are not included.

The patchwork pieces and the polystyrene tiles are included.

...

For safety, I will remove the pins, and they are not included.

Pictures of finished mini patchwork by the same maker.   These are for information only.   Please judge if you can make up the item, as the pieces are small and precision is needed to give a good result.   Please judge if you have what you need to proceed, and take as seen.  Good luck with the craft project!
