This is a Vintage / Antique Victorian Handmade and Hand Embroidered 100% Cotton Lace Collar Trim That Is Taupe / Tan Color with frilly lace trim with stunning floral design - likely was for a Dress or Shirt. Could be repurposed as it’s gorgeous and so well-made. Measures about 18” tall and about 10” long on the top and 1” long on the bottom. Some stains - as is to be expected as it is many decades old. I did not attempt to clean it. See pictures for details and condition. Packaged carefully and shipped with tracking.
