I had this Disney Store Mater-Rama since 2011 found it was in a 2009 stored box of my Daughters Princess and the Frog toys.
Meh. Why I put it in there I don't know why.  Any who I decided to sell this because I have these in individual Maters with others in a bigger series ( not fun of double items. So I decided to sell this. Very rare from the search I did on it. Only could find one on eBay  4/2024 with a staring bid of a $170.00.  
                                                               
NOTE: The box has no fade or stains. However it does have a few box frayed corners.
