Roy Rogers (born Leonard Franklin Slye; November 5, 1911 – July 6, 1998) was an American singer, actor, and television host. Following early work under his given name, first as co-founder of the Sons of the Pioneers and then as an actor, the rebranded Rogers then became one of the most popular Western stars of his era. Known as the "King of the Cowboys",[1] he appeared in over 100 films and numerous radio and television episodes of The Roy Rogers Show. In many of his films and television episodes, he appeared with his wife, Dale Evans; his Golden Palomino, Trigger; and his German Shepherd, Bullet. His show was broadcast on radio for nine years and then on television from 1951 through 1957. His early roles were uncredited parts in films by fellow cowboy singing star Gene Autry and his productions usually featured a sidekick, often Pat BradyAndy DevineGeorge "Gabby" Hayes, or Smiley Burnette.[2] In his later years, he lent his name to the franchise chain of Roy Rogers Restaurants.

Alan Walbridge Ladd (September 3, 1913 – January 29, 1964) was an American actor and film producer. Ladd found success in film in the 1940s and early 1950s, particularly in films noir and Westerns. He was often paired with Veronica Lake in films noir, such as This Gun for Hire (1942), The Glass Key (1942), and The Blue Dahlia (1946). Whispering Smith (1948) was his first Western and color film, and Shane (1953) was noted for its contributions to the genre. Ladd also appeared in ten films with William Bendix.

His other notable credits include Two Years Before the Mast (1946) and The Great Gatsby (1949). His popularity diminished in the mid-1950s, though he continued to appear in numerous films, including his first supporting role since This Gun for Hire in the smash hit The Carpetbaggers released in 1964

I'll always be listing new Items weekly:

Cards, books, comics, mags, music, older and newer releases, etc... Listings are sometimes a little less descriptive than what I usually do in order to get more posted - Please ask if you have any questions

I’ve bought and sold on eBay since 1997 – collecting and selling just about everything – if you’re looking for something let me know, a large portion of my proceeds will be going to my daughter’s (aka: Little Nubby) college fund.  Please check out my eBay store.  Many great and interesting items will be listed…

I treat everyone fairly and my feedback shows that.  Special requests, wish lists and all inquiries will be answered to the best of my ability.  I may not an absolute expert on anything, but I’m pretty knowledgeable about a lot of things….

        Shipping Notes:

        -         I try to get everything out the next available postal day after payment clears, but my ‘day job’ is very hectic and chaotic from time to time so there might be a couple days delay until I can get to the post office.  Further with the Federal closing of smaller post offices (mine included), it might take a couple extra days to arrive.

        -         If you need it quickly, just ask and I usually have no problem accommodating your wishes.

        -         I combine shipping.

        -         I sell and ship internationally.  Shipping rates vary due to location of where the item is being sent.  If I offer free shipping on any items it is for the United States only unless noted.

        Other Legal-eze:

        -         I offer a money back guarantee provided I get the item back in the condition it was sent and it’s within 30 days of receipt of said item.

        -         Payment must be made thru eBay.  Unless you are local and can pick the item up.  There are other arrangements that can be made if necessary – feel free to ask.

Happy Hunting and Thank You for your time looking at my ‘trinkets’!
