• Cover wear: light handling wear; rubbing, including a small rub spot near center of spine; tanned, edges browned inside; no tears
• Cover creases: light, tiny color breaks at bottom left corner, and top left. Minor color breaks from light bends along edges, including a 5/8" color break at top
• Soiling, staining: front has a drink ring evident in glare, and a couple fingerprints. Back cover has a corner stain at bottom left

• Spine roll: yes; much page fanning on reverse
• Spine split: tiny 1/8" split at top
• Staples: no rust
• Staple tears: none
• Rust migration: N/A
• Stress lines: one negligible line near bottom
• Corners: abraded corners, esp. bottom right
• Centerfold: tight
• Interior tears: one 1-3/4" edge tear; three small creased corners at top
• Paper quality / color: supple; tanned; browned on edges
• Acid odor: none noted
• Missing pieces: one tiny edge piece on back cover near lower left corner
• Amateur repairs: none
• Coupon cut: none
• Readability: very good; complete; great colors
• Back cover: tanned / browned; very good reflectivity; 1/4" and 1/8" edge tears at bottom, 1/8" at lower left

All things considered, I have graded this book GOOD+ (2.5), mostly due to the spine roll, interior tear, and drink ring
