All items will be shipped out of our headquarters in Japan. Please note that you are responsible for any potential customs/importation fees

We take responsibility for the safe delivery of the items delivered to your shipping address (or billing address if a separate shipping address was not provided) provided in the “My Account” section of the website. We do not take responsibility for mistakes in this address.

For our US Customers, shipping insurance is waived if the “Premium 10% Option” is not selected when paying. If our US users want their packages to be fully insured, please use the 10% Premium Option available at checkout.

If your order is less than USD$500, it will be shipped with regular shipping. If equal or more than USD$500, it will be shipped with express shipping. Regular shipping will take 5-12 days to arrive almost anywhere in the world, and express shipping will take 3-5 days.
