This Sylvanian Families set includes the Lakeside Lodge, the Baby Ropeway Park and Chocolate Rabbit Family.

The Lakeside Lodge comes with an oven, a table with 2 chairs, and an outdoor oven. There is a little trapdoor that works in the floor and another in the roof. The built-in balconies look good. The hammock is included and fits well.

The Ropeway Park is missing its swing but is in otherwise good condition with lots of steps for the babies to climb. I'll include spare string so you can play around with the configuraion.

The Chocolate Rabbit Family have original stickers and are in good conditon. Dad's tail could do with sticking down a bit more but looks fluffy and clean. They are fully dressed in original clothes.

This will be well wrapped and carefully packed. I am selling more Sylvanian Families items and am happy to combine postage. Several smaller items could fit in the box with this house at no extra postage cost.
