SHIPPING & HANDLING

Handling Time - My handling time is set to THREE-FIVE BUSINESS DAYS. I ship packages as soon as possible, I want your piece en route to you asap.

Calculated Shipping- Our shipping fees are calculated based on weight and dimensions. We prefer to ship USPS. Some packing supplies are repurposed because caring for the environment keeps me Chipper!

Insurance/Damage- All items are shipped with insurance, however if the shipper damages your item I will refund purchase price only (not shipping costs as well). You may be asked to take the damaged item to the nearest post office with a claim number provided by myself. I may also chose to ship the item back to me at my expense. I don’t want this to happen even more than you do which is why I pack my items in the safest way possible. Check out my seller feedback and see!

PAYMENT

Payment - Payment is expected at the close of auction.

Non-Paying Bidders - Unpaid item cases are opened after two days of non-payment. Non-paying bidders are blocked from future transactions.

Cancelled Transactions - If a winning bidder requests to cancel the sale, they will be blocked from future transactions.

BIDDING

Retracting Bids - Bids can be cancelled through the HELP section of Ebay. If a bidder cancels bids excessively, they will be blocked from future transactions.

Shell Bidding - If a buyer appears to be bidding and retracting suspiciously to manipulate bids, they will be blocked from future bidding and reported to Ebay.
