The $1.00 high value provisional issue of Saskatchewan Electrical Inspection. Stamps were applied to inspection forms on completion of electrical work, the amount of fees depending on the extent of the installation.  The close up photo of the top lines of the stamp show the uncommon black "triangles" touching the upper left curve of the second 'S' of "SASKATCHEWAN" and the second 'S' of "COMMISSION".  That is a constant variety not yet listed or priced by Erling van Dam in his Canadian Revenue Stamp Catalogue.
