Vintage AHM Pennsylvania 2197 Rivarossi Train Engine Locomotive Steam? W/Tender WORKS!

Good condition - has one broken wire piece at front - see pics.
Needs a proper cleaning.
Tested on tracks and works fine.
This tender should go with this train as same numbers but the coupler looks a bit different?
