A 1910 gold Sovereign featuring King Edward VII and the George & Dragon design. 

The coin has been graded as 55 AU (About Uncirculated ).  Only 28,020 sovereigns were issued from the Ottawa mint in 1910, so the coins are very rare, particularly in this grade.

If you go to the verify section of the NCG website, and use the reference number 6319273-007 and then add the grade 55, you'll see the photos NGC took when they graded the coin.

The "C" mintmark above the year denotes this coin was struck at the Ottawa Mint in Canada.
