Ford Fiesta MK5 2005-2008 Gear Lever Stick Surround Gaiter - As can be seen in the photos, there are a couple of holes in the gear gaiter. They're not really visible when installed though.

Item removed from a UK spec RHD 2007 Ford Fiesta Zetec, 5 Door, 1.6 TDCI Diesel.
