IntroductionFinland's heavy metal band Amorphis has released their first new album in 3 years! Following on from the previous album, it is full of growls, heavy, progressive and exotic, this is the perfect finish like amorphis. Mix/Produced by Jens Boglen, of course!

Finland's heavy metal band Amorphis. The group was formed in 1990. At the time, he was playing death metal inspired by Movid Angel, Kirkus, Paradise Lost and others. After being signed to the prestigious Relapse Records in the United States, he made his album debut in 1992 with The Karelian Isthmus. His second album, Tales from the Thousand Lakes (1994), featuring organ and minimoog, is a perennial masterpiece that will remain a reverberation to this day. After their third album Elegy in 1996, they were influenced by prog bands such as Kingston Wall and Piirpauke, and boldly introduced elements of Finnish but also oriental folk music. Heavy metal will grow into a super popular band supported by rock fans as well. Since then, they have continued to release high-quality albums at a pace of once every few years. '18's Queen of Time is a heavy and progressive masterpiece that will delight both amorphous fans of old and new.

They released their first new album in three years, Halo. Commenting on the film, guitarist Esa Holopainen said, "It's an amorphous piece from start to finish, but it's a little heavier and more progressive than the previous one." Vocalist Tomi Joosten, on the other hand, said, "There are some parts where the arrangement is simpler than the previous album." By making the simple parts simpler, the big arrangement is a gimmick that stands out more. Heavy, progressive, sometimes exotic. Tomi's use of Glool and Clean is also stunning. And, of course, full of melancholy melodies typical of amorphism. This is an amorphous finish, with a perfect score of 100 points.

Mixed and produced by Jens Boglen, who of course knew Amorphis very well!
