You can return to us the item within 60 days of purchase. However, we will only refund to you once the item is received and checked to make sure it was not used by our side.

Shipping Options:
1. International Tracked Shipping: Tracking Number provided (10-14 days)
2. Economy Shipping from Outside USA: ONLY APPLIES TO MILITARY BASES. If the option for shipping is wrong, we will cancel the order. (APO, FPO, DPO)
Combined Shipping
We do offer combined shipping, please select the items you want to buy and do not check out the items yet. We will send you an invoice with the updated total amount saving on your shipping costs!
We will dispatch the item within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation.
Delivery is typically within 10-18 working days for most countries. Additional days may incur for any delays, handling problems.
ITEM PROTECTION GUARANTEE
Most items we will ship with a poly-bag especially for clothing.
For items that are fragile, we will ship in a box with bubble wrap provided.
Other items, a bubbled envelope will be provided.
