GRAULEY ALL-STARS 1948 Signed by S.O. Grauley, BASEBALL PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER

Grauley was one of the very first legends among baseball writers, as the first baseball writer for the Philadelphia Inquirer, where he covered Connie Mack's A's teams between 1901 - 1925, and later in 1926, he became their sports editor for another couple of decades. This book was his compilation of who he felt were the greatest players of each of the first five decades of Major League Baseball, along with an All-Time Legends team. This is one of the very first books of this sort, and it is in itself a piece of Baseball History.

The book has an autograph made "To Jon Murdock, my sincere appreciation of all aid extended. S.O. Grauley"
