The laptop is in great shape cosmetically, but not perfect. There are small fine scratches that are hard to see at random places. I tested the Windows 11 trial and everything seems to be working fine. I deleted the hard drive completely and there is no operating system installed. The windows xp professional product key is on the back of the laptop, but I have not tested it. According to Dell, the battery is healthy and charging normally. The laptop comes with an extra battery, but according to Dell, the extra battery "Your battery is able to charge normally, however it is reaching the end of it's usable life. You can experience a longer operating time with a new battery. You might want to consider purchasing a replacement battery now." So you will receive a laptop, extra battery and a charger. Since the laptop is old, I will not accept returns.
