This is new, never used/worn costume/sweater for a small dog or maybe a cat (good luck with that). It's size XS and red and fuzzy, VERY soft. This would be cute for the winter, the holidays, Christmas.

Buttons are decorative, not functional.

It measures about 4" from hole to hole for the front legs, and about 9" from the neck to the bottom of the sweater.
