Many coins in the marketplace are very carefully conserved, processed, cleaned, etc. and it has become very difficult to make the determination.  One must make the conclusion that just about every coin is probably tampered with at some point in the past one way or another, especially the bright and shiny ones.   All bidders should consider this statement when bidding.  We may give our indication on the originality of the coin but it is only our opinion and we make no warranty of the coin's originality and make no warranty as such or guaranty of third party grading.   Should you prefer a grading guarantee you should consider a third party graded item.  Grading companies typically offer an independent guarantee.   If you want certified items or wish to have them certified consider the purchase items already certified.

Digital Imaging - We strive to get accurate photographs of your possible purchase.  Presently utilizing a Nikon D-90 with Tamron 60mm Macro 1:1 lens.  We shoot with a copy stand and two cool florescent lights with white balance and iso set accordingly.  Nikon camera Control 2 software acts to tether to this Mac desktop.  We invested over $3,000 in imagery equipment to get the best possible shot of your coin, token, medallion or casino chip.  What you see is often what you get unless the title says representative photo or stock photo.

Shipping - We recycle much of shipping material and attempt to use innovative packing measures to get your item to you quickly, safe and sound.  We attempt to utilize the US Postal Service, Priority mail or First Class with delivery confirmation. 

Items shipped Priority Mail  - Package with tracking and delivery signature confirmation $8.00 flat rate. This cost is required and minimum to provide tracking of your package with delivery confirmation.  Combined shipping welcome and appreciated - Most expensive item calculated first with each additional 1/2 posted price, maximum charge to you will $16.00 (plus insurance) assuming the order is under 70 pounds and will fit into a fixed price USPS Box.  If you are buying multiple items Buy-it-Now and no shipping discounts - don't fret - we will get you money back.  If you are buying things ending on different dates - please communicate to get shipping discounts. 

If you think S&H excessive consider PayPal fees (2.9%), eBay listing/insertion fees, eBay FVF Fees (8.75%), postage and packaging.  If this is going to be a problem then please take your business elsewhere. Also, if you can?t settle this in three days or S&H is problem, then please move on.

International Sales welcomed but - No direct international or Canada sales - sorry but with so many LOST ITEMS over the years - it just isn't worth the risk and hassle. Reasonable refunds are allowed within seven days from shipping but subject to approval. The coins/items must be in the original holder, encapsulated or mint plastic they were sent  you open the staple, flip or capsule no refund.  Refunds will be less shipping. We would certainly like the opportunity to remedy or reach accommodation if there is any problem with your purchase.
