Front cover shows heavy wear with creases, folds and tears in various locations. The wear is particularly noticeable near the spine on the front cover. There is a center crease on both the front and back covers and there are also breaks in the color present on both covers.There are numerous tears and chips along the edges of the covers, particularly on the right edge of the front cover. The spine shows wear consistent with the overall condition of the front cover. The staples are placed slightly towards the front cover and there is a tear adjacent to the upper staple. There is a spine split at the upper staple and a few splits below the lower staple but in general the spine is it tact aside from the aforementioned wear. The pages are cream colored and show reading wear and small tears along some of the edges. The first page has a stamp at the bottom that reads “Joker’s Novelties” along with an address. In addition to the previously mentioned defects on the back cover, there is also a stain located in the upper left corner.
