Up for sale are 2 Fiesta Rose Teacup And Saucer Sets manufactured by the Homer Laughlin Co. There are two teacups and two saucers - 4 pieces in total.

I believe these cups and saucers date from 1986 -1992, and have been told by an experienced eBayer who knows Fiestaware very well, that the signature on these saucers indicate they are early Post 86 - meaning that they date somewhere between 1986 and 1992 since there are no numerical codes on them which started appearing in 1992. The cups are curious because one has what looks like a faint handwritten "fiesta" in lowercase and "USA" in caps and the other teacup has a few letters that are imprinted - it looks like it could be the letters "USA".

The cups have the C-shaped handle.
