Beautiful time trial frame set 28" / 26" from the late 80s / early 90s made of Columbus tubing and Gipiemme dropouts

Octavio Dazzan was a famous track champion, he won the gold medal al Lausanne in 1975 and several other silver medals the years after. He was Argentinian and Italian and raced under the italian flag the most of his career

New Old Stock, it might have some storage marks; the chrome on the stays is fine, it's just covered with clear coating paint (under that is perfect). The decals are falling down
