This great rare rules book / instruction book comes in excellent condition with no marks or damage or creases.

They are extremely hard to find and at the time of listing is the only one on eBay.

It's unlikely, but if a item needs to be returned, you have 14 calendar days from the day after the item is received to let me know that you like to return the item for a refund. 

It should be returned in the original box with all accessories/parts.
