Purchased due to my Dell Inspiron 15 3000 laptop not charging. I also purchased a new laptop charging power supply at the same time as I needed my laptop working urgently.

The new charging cable fixed the issue and now I don’t need the battery anymore, and I cannot return for a refund.

Box has been opened but the battery never used.
