Card is in excellent physical condition, no signs of corrosion. Just some dust on the surface. Sat on a shelf for several years.

I don't have a system to test this in anymore, but it doesn't appear to have any damage or reason it should not still work fine. It is a vintage computer part though so there is always some risk.
